The flowers were gorgeous, but they were delivered without a card so the recipients did not know who it came from which was a big disappoint for me. I dictated a message for a card.

I live down south and wanted to send flowers to my daughter, I went online and thought I found a local place and ordered the flowers. A few hours later I received a message saying I had to pick a different produce because that wasn’t available, then I was told the delivery date was not available. I tired to call and could not get anyone on the phone. When I called the next day, I had to pretend I was placing a new order in order to speak with someone, only to be given promotional offer after offer when trying to cancel. After a few hours, I was finally able to get them to cancel my order & refund me. The process was infuriating. Now it was the day I wanted the flowers delivered, I went online, found Paramount Floral, spoke to a very nice woman (sadly I forgot her name) - told her what I wanted and when I needed it delivered. She said they could do that, I placed the order - a few hours later, my daughter received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. I will call Paramount Floral anytime I want to send flowers in that area from now on! Wonderful service & beautiful arrangement. Thank you for fixing a mess for this mom!

The floral arrangement that Paramount sent to our niece was just beautiful she sent us photos! She loved the cheerful arrangement especially the vivid blue hydrangeas and yellow roses - lovely. Thank you for your excellent customer service and same day delivery ! Great Job!
