Always a bit hesitant ordering flowers online, sight unseen, but this was a special occasion, our 45 anniversary. I wanted something stunning and befitting the situation. I upgraded to a "premium" arrangement although in the past I wasn't happy with the result, feeling all I got for the up grade was a higher credit card bill. But not so here.
